Please note:

• All transportation service originates and is calculated from Calgary unless otherwise stated. For the purpose of quotes, "Hourly" rates do not apply to service outside of Calgary. If the requested pick up location is not shown on the drop down menu, contact us for pricing.
• Graduation and Wedding rental pricing is not included in this reservation system. For bookings, please contact us via phone, text or email.
• Strollers, wheelchairs, carts, etc. are each considered individual pieces of luggage.
• Animals that are not service designated are subject to approval by management, will be charged an additional fee per pet and must travel in a kennel if accepted.
  
• Rates displayed are for city/town to city/town. Any locations outside of metropolitan areas may incur additional charges.
• Credit card payments will only be processed by our office once all trip information has been verified correctly.

For Calgary International Airport & Private Jet Hangar Arrivals:

We offer complimentary wait time of 30 minutes once flights have landed. After 30 minutes have elapsed, any additional wait time will be charged to the client's credit card at the hourly rate of the booked vehicle. Limo To Go is not responsible for delays due to weather, customs processing, baggage delays, passenger testing requirements, etc. at any airport.

 Limo To Go Inc. does not store your credit card information, we do not have access to your card number, nor are we able to charge it for any quotes requested. Your card information is held securely away from our website and will not be charged until verification of trip itineraries are confirmed. Once you have filled out the reservation form and entered your credit card information, your submission will then be reviewed, completed and payment processed by our office. Once your trip and payment is accepted, you will receive a receipt and trip confirmation. After you enter your credit card and requested your trip, please wait for our acceptance of payment.
