How far in advance should we book our wedding transportation?
Most couples book 3–6 months in advance, especially for Saturdays and summer dates. Popular dates can fill quickly, so the earlier you reserve, the more vehicle options you’ll have.
Do you provide wedding transportation to Banff, Canmore, Kananaskis and Lake Louise?
Yes. We regularly provide service to Banff, Canmore, Kananaskis and Lake Louise. Travel time and distance are factored into your quote, and we’ll plan the schedule to make sure everything runs on time.
Can we customize our route and photo stops?
Absolutely. We’ll work with you to plan pickup times, ceremony arrival, photo locations and reception drop-off. As long as everything fits within your booked hours, you can customize your route.
Is alcohol allowed in the vehicle?
For eligible guests, alcohol may be permitted in certain vehicles, in accordance with Alberta regulations. Let us know your plans and we’ll confirm what’s allowed for your specific booking.
What happens if our wedding runs late?
We understand that wedding days don’t always run exactly on schedule. If you need extra time, and the vehicle is available, additional hours can usually be added at your booking rate. Your chauffeur or our office will confirm before extending.
How do we secure our booking?
Once you approve your quote, we’ll reserve your vehicle(s) and collect a deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is typically due 30 days prior to your wedding day.
