Limo To Go Inc. Terms and Conditions

Payment policy:


- All reservations require a valid credit card.   


- Bookings will be accepted subject to vehicle availability. 


- We require a non-refundable deposit at time of reservation, the amount to be determined by management, or payment in full at time of booking with a credit card on file. 


  For all airport arrivals (YYC & Private Hangars): 


1) We offer 30 minute complimentary wait time once the flight has landed. After 30 minutes have elapsed, any additional wait time will be charged to the client's credit card at the hourly rate of the booked vehicle plus GST. Limo To Go is not responsible for delays due to weather, customs processing, baggage delays, passenger testing requirements, etc. at any airport. 

2) For airline changes, rescheduling, or rebooking within 24 hours of the booked transportation service that results in a pick-up time shift exceeding 2 hours, Limo To Go considers the initial reservation a "no-trip" and refunds are not provided. Should the customer wish to rebook, a new reservation will be charged at the original rate. Refunds with Limo To Go are not provided for any changes initiated by the airlines.



General Information:


- For any travel that takes place outside of the Calgary region, additional empty vehicle travel time charges, mileage and/or fuel surcharges may be added.


- We require valid day-of service contact information (name, cell phone). Failure to provide this information prior to the trip, or if we are unable to make contact with the person under whose name the trip was reserved, may result in the reserved vehicle not being dispatched and the trip being forfeit. No refunds will be issued.


- Any additional service time above and beyond any contract is dependent on availability of vehicle and driver and may be subject to a 20% per hour premium over and above the contracted hourly rate at management’s discretion; this includes any empty vehicle travel time to locations outside of Calgary city limits. 


- Client-requested schedule changes of 2 hours or more, within 48 hours of pre-booked service, will be charged the difference in the number of hours between the original schedule and the new time (ie: if the original reservation was booked for a 2:00 pm pick up and was changed to a 4:00 pm pick up, this will result in a charge of the hourly rate of the vehicle booked x 2 hours plus GST). Any accepted changes will be at management's discretion.


- Credits are valid for a one year period from the date of the initial reservation. Gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase. 


- We offer a payment plan for wedding reservations that require a non-refundable deposit of 30% minimum of total price at time of booking, with the remainder due and payable either 30 days prior to service and/or 15 days prior to service. Amounts and payment dates are to be determined by management at time of reservation.


- Any and all reservation requests will be at management's discretion.


Cancelation Policy:


 - Cancelations  prior to 30 days  are subject to 10% cancelation fee of the total amount. 

 - Cancellations  within 30 days  of service will be charged 50% of the total amount unless management is able to rebook the slot to another client. 

 - Cancelations  within 15 days  of service are not eligible for any refunds unless management is able to rebook the slot to another client. 

- Refunds, if eligible, will be processed within 3 days after service date and may incur a separate processing fee charge of between 1% and 3% of the amount being refunded, if payment was via credit card. The above excludes wedding service reservations (see below). 


 - Cancelations of  wedding reservations more than 30 days prior to service date will forfeit the non-refundable deposit. If payment in full is made at the time of booking, a minimum of 30% of the total amount paid will be considered as the non-refundable deposit. Cancelations between 15 and 30 days prior to service date may receive a 50% refund, subject to the slot being booked in its entirety by another client. Cancelations within 15 days of service are not eligible for any refunds. If and unless management is able to book the slot in its entirety to another client, a refund may be issued at management's discretion.   


- Any bookings within fifteen days of the service date must be prepaid in full at time of booking.


- We accept cash, email transfers to info@limotogo.ca, Bitcoin and credit cards.


- All major credit cards are accepted (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB)


- Any additional charges which result from damage to vehicles during the client's booked trip, or extra time used beyond original reservation, will be charged after the trip is complete via credit card on file. 


- Limo To Go issued Gift Cards can be applied to any transportation service on any vehicle that is in active work mode at the time of booking. Gift card value will be used towards regular hourly, package rates or flat rates of booked vehicle. All bookings are subject to availability. Any remaining portion of a gift card may be used on a future reservation. Gift cards have no cash value. Any remaining gift card value cannot be exchanged for cash. Please note peak times and dates may have minimum number of hours required. Gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase.


Damage:

 - If Limo To Go is required to dispatch an alternate vehicle to a subsequent trip due to cleaning of vehicles from passengers' spilled beverages, food, garbage, excessive empty beverage containers or any other substance, or if the resulting cleanup requires extra resources or staff, this will result in a  minimum  cleaning charge of $250.00 which will be charged to the client's credit card on file. 

 **Vomit will instil additional cost to client's credit card of  $350.00 minimum OR MORE , at management's discretion, as this is a biohazard.**

 

- Any damage to interior or exterior of any Limo To Go vehicle caused by passengers’ reckless behaviour - willful or otherwise - will result in a minimum $500.00 charge for vehicle repair and cleaning charge, as well as the termination of the trip, forfeiting any remaining service on the contract - this includes the improper opening of emergency exits in non-emergency situations. 


- Passengers' feet must remain on the ground at all times. If any passenger is seen to be standing on the seats, or if any footprints and/or damage are found to be on the seats, walls, ceilings or any other surface other than the floor, the trip will be immediately terminated and a charge of $500.00 applied to the credit card on file.


- The privacy divider will remain at all times under the control of  the driver to maintain visibility with the cabin.


- No food of any kind is allowed in vehicles.


- Limo To Go is not responsible nor will be held liable for injuries or accidents in and/or around any of the vehicles due to passengers' reckless behaviour. 


- Every passenger is expected to conduct themselves responsibly at all times and with respect for the driver and the vehicle. Any actions or behaviour of any passenger which the driver may deem as disruptive to the safety of the trip will result in immediate termination and no refund will apply. 


- Illegal substances are prohibited in all vehicles. 


 - Smoking and vaping are prohibited in all vehicles.


- Our drivers' main focus is the safe operation of their vehicle at all times. While they are attentive to the status of passengers throughout their trip, they are not chaperones. We require that an adult guardian accompany any young children under the age of 18 who are travelling in limousines and party buses.


- Passengers are advised to remain seated while vehicle is in motion. 


- Any trip which is booked and paid for by clients, either in whole or in part, will be considered as contractual and binding in the absence of any formally issued or signed contract and all Limo To Go terms and conditions will be applied as such. 


- Any tickets/infractions issued to Limo To Go due to passengers' actions, including stunting, will be passed on to the offending passenger(s) in question and passengers will be refused any further service.


 -  It is the responsibility of the client to ensure all relevant information has been provided . If Limo To Go cannot reach the contact person prior to service time, the trip will be canceled at the discretion of management and no refund will be provided.


Although we have an impeccable record of providing prompt service, we will not be accountable for disruption of service due to acts of nature, abnormal traffic patterns due to accidents or road conditions, mechanical breakdown, or having wrong addresses or incomplete information provided to us. If there is any problem during any trip, the onus is on the passenger to contact the office immediately so the issue can be attended to.


While we make every effort to provide our valued clients with their vehicle(s) of choice, we reserve the right to substitute any vehicle or colour of the vehicle(s) due to unforeseen circumstances, damage or mechanical failure, or use assets from other limousine companies other than Limo To Go Inc.. In the event of substitution of vehicles, passenger capacity will be maintained.


Items forgotten in our vehicles:

- Should we find items such as cell phones, wallets, purses, keys, etc., we will keep them in our lost and found for a period of 30 days and will have them available at our office for pick up between noon and 6 p.m. Monday to Wednesday. Please call 403-619-4629 to identify lost items.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon and "https" at the beginning of our URL.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
