Limo To Go Inc. Terms and Conditions



Payment Policy


  • All reservations require a valid credit card.
  • Reservations are accepted subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability.
  • Payment requirements (deposit or payment in full) will be determined at the time of booking.
  • Unless otherwise agreed, payment will be processed fifteen (15) days prior to the scheduled service date.
  • Reservations made within fifteen (15) days of service require payment in full at the time of booking.
  • Quotes are valid for 72 hours and are subject to vehicle availability until confirmed.



Airport Arrivals (YYC & Private Hangars)


  • We provide 30 minutes of complimentary wait time following aircraft arrival. Additional wait time will be billed at the hourly rate of the booked vehicle plus GST.
  • Limo To Go is not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs, immigration, baggage handling, airline schedule changes, airport security or other airport-related delays.
  • If an airline schedule change results in a pickup time change exceeding two (2) hours within 24 hours of service, the reservation may be considered cancelled and a new reservation may be required, subject to availability.
  • All luggage must be declared at the time of booking, including carry-on luggage, checked bags, golf clubs, skis, snowboards, oversized luggage (boxes, duffle bags, etc) and strollers. Additional vehicles required due to undeclared luggage will be charged to the client, subject to availability.



General Information


  • Transportation pricing is based on the complete service required to fulfill the itinerary and may include vehicle positioning, chauffeur time, passenger transportation and waiting time.
  • Additional service time requested by the client is subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability and may be charged at the applicable hourly rate.
  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate passenger counts, luggage requirements and day-of-service contact information.
  • Quotes are based upon the itinerary provided at the time of booking. Changes to pickup locations, destinations or service times may result in revised pricing.
  • Credits are valid for a one year period from the date of the initial reservation and can only be applied once. Gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase and can only be applied once.
  • Requests for invoices may incur an additional administration fee of $25.00 per invoice issued. This is determined on a case by case basis.
  • Reservations remain subject to management approval.



Cancellation Policy


Standard Reservations

  • More than 30 days prior to service: 10% cancellation fee.
  • 15–30 days prior to service: 50% cancellation fee.
  • Within 15 days of service: Non-refundable.

Corporate Reservations

  • Corporate reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to 30 days prior to service unless otherwise agreed.
  • Partial refunds after 30 days are at management's discretion.

Wedding Reservations

  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Wedding cancellations follow the payment schedule agreed upon at the time of booking.

Stampede

  • Stampede reservations may require full payment at the time of booking and are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed by management.


Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Credit card processing fees may be deducted where applicable.



Passenger Conduct


  • Smoking, vaping and illegal substances are prohibited in all vehicles.
  • Alcohol consumption must comply with Alberta laws.
  • Passengers must remain seated while the vehicle is in motion unless otherwise directed by the chauffeur.
  • The chauffeur has final authority regarding passenger safety and vehicle operation.
  • Limo To Go reserves the right to terminate service without refund if passenger behaviour creates a safety concern or causes damage to the vehicle.



Vehicle Damage & Cleaning


  • Clients are responsible for any damage caused by passengers during the reservation.
  • Cleaning charges begin at $250.00.
  • Biohazard cleaning (including vomit) begins at $350.00 and may increase depending on the extent of cleaning required.
  • Damage to the interior or exterior of the vehicle may result in repair costs in addition to cleaning charges.
  • Any additional charges will be billed to the credit card on file.



Vehicle Substitution


While every effort will be made to provide the reserved vehicle, Limo To Go reserves the right to substitute an equivalent vehicle of similar passenger capacity due to mechanical failure, maintenance requirements or circumstances beyond our control.


Lost & Found


Items found in our vehicles will be retained for up to thirty (30) days.

Please contact our office to arrange pickup or shipping. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the owner.

Limo To Go is not responsible for lost, stolen or unattended personal belongings.



Liability


  • Limo To Go is not responsible for delays resulting from weather, road conditions, accidents, mechanical failures or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  • Limo To Go shall not be responsible for missed flights, appointments, meetings or events resulting from circumstances beyond our control.
  • Personal belongings remain the responsibility of each passenger
  • Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the transportation service.
