What is the price of a limousine?

The price of a limousine can vary with a number of factors, some of which include the style, the number of passengers, the pick up and drop off locations, and the number of hours the limo is needed for. 

The price for a 3 passenger luxury sedan is $95.00.

The price for a 4 passenger luxury mid size SUV is $125.00

The price for a 6 passenger luxury full size SUV is $135.00.

The price for a 14 passenger stretch SUV limousine is $195.00.

Do you do private tours or charters?

Yes, Limo To Go arranges tours and private charters for group travel. From day tours to longer trips through Alberta and B.C., we provide first class professional transportation service to many tourist destinations. Some tour locations include Columbia Ice Fields, Banff, Kananaskis, Canmore, Johnston Canyon, Lake Louise, Moraine Lake, Emerald Lake, and beyond. We have amazing shuttle buses that are perfect for relaxed, scenic tours of the Rocky Mountains.

We have someone arriving at the airport and we would like them to have a car waiting. Do you service the YYC airport?

We are available to meet and greet clients at the Calgary International Airport, as well as to drop them off for domestic or international and U.S. departures, in any vehicle of your choosing. Our drivers make sure that they are up to date on arrival times, and regularly check on the status of flights whether early or delayed. 

Are there any extra hidden fees that Limo To Go charges?

No, Limo To Go has no hidden fees. Expect to pay what you were quoted, or what you have paid online already. GST, 15% gratuity and 8% fuel surcharge is extra and airport tax applies only when getting picked up from YYC airport. 

Where does Limo To Go operate?

We service Calgary, Airdrie, Cochrane, Chestermere, Strathmore, Okotoks, DeWinton, High River, Black Diamond, Bragg Creek, Priddis, Kananaskis, Canmore, Banff, Lake Louise, Crossfield, Red Deer, to and from Medicine Hat, Lethbridge, Edmonton, Fort McMurray, Lloydminster, Grande Prairie and all points in between. We also service southern Alberta and southern British Columbia.

Can any age ride in a limousine? I have three young children under the age of 8.

Limo To Go welcomes passengers of any age, and all our vehicles come equipped with seat belts. We offer child car seat rentals for infants, toddlers and older children for our clients who book with us. If you wish to bring your own child safety car seats, we will be happy to accommodate those for you.

We are planning an out-of-town concert trip. Can you stay in town during the concert then return us afterwards?

For out of town trips, the length of time that the limousine can stay with you is dependant on your schedule. For example, if you are attending a concert in Edmonton and wish to travel from Calgary, the vehicle can take you there, stay for the concert duration, then return you afterwards. If you choose to stay overnight and have a return the next day or on a different day, that can be arranged as well. There are maximum allowable hours for the driver to be on the road, so that is also a consideration. For any overnight trips, the driver accommodation will be factored into the rate. 

Our company is having a Christmas party and we need multiple limos for picking up our staff for that night. Can you arrange that?

We are pleased to assist in setting up company party transportation for all occasions, including Christmas, New Years, retirement, birthdays, and the Calgary Stampede to name a few. Just send us your addresses and function time and we will seamlessly coordinate pickups of all staff, family and friends, and at the end of the evening, we can return the partiers to their arranged chosen locations.

When should we book our grad limo?

We begin to get graduation limo inquiries during the latter part of December, usually when schools start to finalize their graduation ceremony dates. In order to reserve the vehicle that you wish, the best rule of thumb is the earlier you book, the better - so many graduates are attending receptions on the same day that the limousines are reserved very quickly. 

Can we see the limousine before we book?

If you are considering reserving limousines with us for your wedding or graduation, you may arrange to view our limousines with a prior appointment. We post actual pictures of all our limos on our website, but sometimes it is just nicer to come and see them in person.

What type of payment do you accept?

Limo To Go accepts all major credit cards - American Express, Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Discover, as well as cash and email transfers to info@limotogo.ca. We also accept Bitcoin, Square payments and PayPal on our securely encrypted online e-commerce website for easy book and pay.
